Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Timelines:
    Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery timelines may vary between 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
  2. Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹500.
    • For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.
  3. Tracking Information:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  4. Serviceable Locations:
    Please ensure your delivery address is within our serviceable areas. If your address is not serviceable, we will contact you for an alternative address or process a refund for the order.
  5. Multiple Shipments:
    For orders with multiple items, we may ship items separately based on availability. Separate tracking details will be shared for each shipment.
  6. Damaged Shipments:
    If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Refund Policy
